Q: Will you be the one working, or will you send someone else?
Typically, we will send a Team Leader as well as one or two other crew members. On occassion, we will check-up on the staff, or attend and help them out!
Q: How would you like me to pay?
Please leave cash or a check for the staff, and they will leave an invoice. There will never be a discrepancy between the invoice and the price you have been quoted.
Q: What if I want extra services (ie: inside the refridgerator or oven)? How do I request them?
Should you require Supplemental Services, please call us one week in advance. This allows us notice to allocate additional scheduling time or staff for your home or business.
We appreciate your business and guarantee our service...if you are unsatisfied in any way, please let us know within 24hrs of the visit, and we will correct it within 48!
